Oreo Truffles recipe

Currently this is my food addiction; Oreo truffles! So, I thought why not share it with you guys? Here's the recipe,

All rights reserved to Bakerella

Ingredients:-
•4 big bags of original Oreos -(approximately 20+ pcs. each)
•1 Philadelphia spreadable cream cheese box
•8 Galaxy bars

Oreo truffles mix:-
1) After opening the Oreos, take off the white cream inside them. You just need the black biscuit.
2) Bring the blender & put all the black biscuit Oreos in. Turn it on & wait for them to be broken into small pieces.
3) Add the cream cheese in, leave only a small portion in the box. Over half of the cream cheese should be in the blender. Mix them together until the become like a dough.
4) Take out the dough from the blender, & make it into a circular shape. Put it into the fridge for 1hr or freezer for 30mins.
5) After taking it out, make small circular shapes from the big dough until the dough is done.
6) Put the truffles in the fridge for 1hr30 mins or in the freezer for 1hr.

Galaxy topping:-
1) Use a pot & fill it with water. Bring out a glass measuring cup & put the 8 Galaxy bars in the measuring cup.
2) While the water is boiling in the pot, put the glass measuring cup in it, so that the Galaxy bars melt.
3) After the Galaxy mix turns into liquid, dip in the truffles by 2 spoons, one by one. Until they're all covered with the Galaxy.
4) You can apply sprinkles, M'n'M's, or chocolate chip for decoration.

And you're DONE

P.S: You can use the white Lindt chocolate instead of the Galaxy. Or you can do both. Just follow the same steps with the Galaxy topping, just replace it with the Lindt chocolate.

Stay tuned, xx.
